Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz lychee liquor
  • 1 dash lime juice
  • 1 dash sugar syrup
  • 1½ oz pineapple juice
  • 6 leaves mint
  • gingerale

Instructions
 

  • add all spirits, lime juice, sugar syrup and pineapple juice to boston glass filled with ice cubes
  • shake until frosted over
  • strain into glass over ice cubes
  • add mint leaves and stir
  • top with gingerale
