heaped crunchy peanuy butter

tsp
fresh ginger
finely chopped

tsp
dried chilli flakes
2
small red chillies
finely chopped
1
small onion diced
2
cloves
crushed garlic
1
can coconut cream
1
tsp
soy sauce
½
Tbsp
peanut oil
1
lime
bunch of corriander
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic, fresh and dried chillies over medium heat until onion is soft.
Add soy sauce and peanut butter
stir
add a little coconut cream at a time until desired consistency
cover with corriander leaves and lime juice
