Ingredients
  

Pudding

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter 60g
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Sauce

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp coffee

Instructions
 

  • Sift dry ingredients
  • add melted butter, milk and vanilla and beat together.
  • Pour into oven proof dish and spread evenly.
  • Combine sauce ingredients then sprinkle over batter. Add 1 3/4 cup boiling water. (If you want more sauce add more water)
  • Bake at 180 for 45 mins on Fan Bake
