salted butter

packed light brown sugar

light corn syrup

salt

aking soda

vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Melt butter in pot over med-high heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir.
Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 mins untouched.
Stir then continue to cook for 4-6 mins stirring ever 30 seconds until deep gold.
Turn off heat and whisk in salt, baking soda and vanilla.
Stir in popcorn and mix until there is no syrup left at the bottom of the pan.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins stirring every 5 minutes.
