Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp mirin
  • 3 tsp cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
  • bring mixture to boil
  • reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes
