Spicy Satay Sauce
Yeah don't make this if you have a nut allergy
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp heaped crunchy peanuy butter
- 2 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 2 small red chillies finely chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 lime
- bunch of corriander
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic, fresh and dried chillies over medium heat until onion is soft.
- Add soy sauce and peanut butter
- stir
- add a little coconut cream at a time until desired consistency
- cover with corriander leaves and lime juice
