Gin, Lychee, Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz lychee liquor
- 1 dash lime juice
- 1 dash sugar syrup
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- 6 leaves mint
- gingerale
Instructions
- add all spirits, lime juice, sugar syrup and pineapple juice to boston glass filled with ice cubes
- shake until frosted over
- strain into glass over ice cubes
- add mint leaves and stir
- top with gingerale
