Spicy Satay Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp heaped crunchy peanuy butter
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 2 small red chillies finely chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 lime
  • bunch of corriander

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic, fresh and dried chillies over medium heat until onion is soft.
  • Add soy sauce and peanut butter
  • stir
  • add a little coconut cream at a time until desired consistency
  • cover with corriander leaves and lime juice
