Pa’s Christmas Ham Glaze
one glaze to rule them all
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- 3 tsp French mustard
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Lift and strip rind of ham. Leave fat on.
- Cut fat diagonally
- Bake for 60 mins on bottom shelf at 180°C basting with glaze.
