Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tsp French mustard
  • 2 Tbsp sherry
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Lift and strip rind of ham. Leave fat on.
  • Cut fat diagonally
  • Bake for 60 mins on bottom shelf at 180°C basting with glaze.
