Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz coconut-flavored rum
  • 12 oz pineapple juice
  • Pineapple chunks to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Combine the coffee liquor, rum and pineapple juice in the blender and mix for 30 seconds until it has light foam.
  • Pour into cups, decorate with pineapple and serve immediately.
